Before you reserve time at the Robinson House a few things you must know about our Check-In and Check-Out Policy.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 11:00 pm. Occasionally a property may be ready for Check-In before 4:00 pm, but no earlier than 2:00 pm . Check-out is at 12:00 pm . (Late Check-outs are freely granted when reservations permit.)

No Check-in will be permitted until your rental account has been paid in full. If you will be arriving later than 11:00 pm please call beforehand to make special arrangements.

At Check out from Victorian Properties LLC, we request that Guests clean all dishes ; set thermostat at 60 degrees in winter and 78 degrees in summer; turn off all electrical items including lights and fans with the exception of nightlights; buffet light, and staircase light; secure all doors and windows and place trash in the outdoor receptacles.

The need for excessive cleaning may incur an additional charge.

Deposit and Final Payment Options

The reservation deposit may only be made by credit card or check. Your reservation will be confirmed by email or phone upon receipt of two(2) nights deposit.

The Robinson House cannot issue a refund for circumstances beyond our control. This includes acts of God, particularly severe or inclement weather, failure of public utilities or outside services, such as power outages, or cable television.

Cancellations

Cancellations will incur a 10% fee if made within15 days of your stay. If cancellation occurs prior to 15 days, no fee will be charged.

Cancellations that occur within 5 days will forfeit entire deposit. "A No Show " constitutes an automatic loss of your deposit.

Guest Responsibilities

The property will be inspected upon Check- Out by a member of our caretaker staff. We request that guests inform Victorian Properties LLC of any damages occuring during stay, or is observed upon Check- In.

Guests shall not destroy, deface, damage or remove any or part of the property, or render smoke detectors inoperable.

Guests shall be liable for any damages they incur.

Guests agrees not to behave in any unlawful or improper manner in or around his/her rented property, nor shall unreasonably loud activities be carried on in any property. Guests will be asked to leave without refund if such circumstances occur. Victorian Properties LLC has the right to terminate this Agreement and remove disruptive guests without refund.
